Need help

So in May I had an IUD removed it was only in there for a month but since then my periods have been kind of weird. June my cycle started 2 days early and lasted a total of 4 days. This month I started four days early and it lasted 5 days then again on the 29th of this month my cycle started again it is only spotting today. My cycle is usually a 28-day cycle it only lasts two to three days. Ive been doing opk last month and this month only getting flashing smiley no peak. Anyone else experience this
