HIPPA violation question ⭐️reply to K⭐️

Is it a HIPPA violation if you work in a doctors office and come home and say to your partner that you THINK their moms BFF is a patient at your office? You haven’t said that they definitely are.

Also not sure where to post this, we should have a group just for general questions.
