Constipation then diarrhea
I am about 9 weeks along, the past couple weeks I’ve had bad constipation—like only being able to go the bathroom once a week—and then all of a sudden, a couple days ago it switched and I have diarrhea after I eat anything. It’s constant and my stomach will hurt really bad. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, what do you find helps?
