Sick and hurting

Currently 32w3d, I have been vomiting so much the last few weeks and hurting really bad in lower stomach. It’s been on and off the last few weeks but seems to be getting more consistent. Tonight I’ve had a really bad case of watery diarrhea (tmi but I’m a ftm so idk what’s normal and what’s not) my drs tell me to look out for certain things and when I notice something, they brush me off. Are these normal symptoms? Or should I call and tell the doctor again?
