First herpes out break

I have Hsv 1 on my genitalia and I have a blister around my booty hole and can’t poop doesn’t help I’m consitpated any tips to help. I’m trying to have a baby. my man knows about it. Will I have frequent ob. I know I have to wait a week before we can have sex. I am taking antivirals. I’m crying so much and my man been super supportive. I just want to be able to give him a baby. I need some encouragement.
