Early symptoms

So I am only 4 dpo and I am feeling the same weird cramping that I felt with my chemical pregnancy and getting super nervous. I also have slight nausea. I know it is crazy early but I am super sensitive to hormonal changes...so much that I get nauseous during ovulation week. I want to be pregnant so bad but am so scared of another loss :-( There is a good possibility I am making up these symptoms because I am anxious and emotional but I did feel them this early with my chemical...I guess I just want it to feel different from my chemical so I know it is going to stick this time but I know it's impossible to know :-(
