I started spotting light brown last night then turned into brighter red this morning with some mild cramping. I am 6 weeks and I actually had my first OB appointment already scheduled for today. They took my blood to check my HCG levels and I go back on Wednesday to see if they are dropping. I feel so heartbroken and I was so hopeful that this was going to stick but pretty sure it's an impending miscarriage. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated. Feeling pretty down and exhausted from this whole process.
