Should I call my dr

I’m 16 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I’m having pretty uncomfortable Braxton Hicks. I’m only having a few a day but I’ve been experiencing stomach pain all weekend ans now I’ve got diarrhea and I’m running to the toilet. I had Braxton Hicks with my daughter starting at 18 weeks but I had hg and was severely dehydrated and that’s why I was told I was having them. I’m sick this time still but much better and can hold down most food. I don’t want to be dramatic but I don’t know when I should call.
