Cup while spotting
So on my last day or two of my period I get really light bleeding like barely there, normally I wear a liner on those days and change it more often but is it okay to wear a cup when you are barely bleeding. For instance I'm going to the beach all day on the last day of my period, I want to wear a bathing suit and not worry about it but is it safe to wear then?
