6 days late

My boyfriend and I recently had sex multiple times but all the times we used a condom and made sure it didn't break. There was only one time we had sex without anything. I have also been very stressed and on a new strong antibiotic. I'm 6 days late for my period?? Could stress and the antibiotic effect it or should I get tested?
