Breast pump warranty question

If a breast pump was purchased from a store such as Buy But Baby does it come with a warranty? I bought a pump less than 12 hours ago from Buy Buy Baby, opened it and tried to charge it before sterilizing or using it. It won’t charge or turn on. I’ve tried plugging it in to different outlets so I know that’s not the issue. I don’t believe I can rerun it to the store since it’s not sealed even though I’ve never used it. Help please
