Help please spotting/bleeding

I have lost 3 pregnancies previously, and only found out I am pregnant again.

Had 2 miscarriages early this year.

I have started to spot brown discharge but this morning it turned to be pink spotting and now it got darker.

I have very sore breasts and have cramps in lower abdomen and lower back.

I am not sure what’s going on. Last time I have lost my pregnancy, I lost the pregnancy symptoms straight away. Not sure what to think. Doctors told me to wait till Monday.

Can you guys help me if you have same or similar experience? Really appreciate the answers.
