Negative for stds but..

I’m having yellowish discharge, after my husband and I have sex the next day my discharge smells horrible like fish 🤮 not to mention I’m itchy down there. Could I have BV? How does the doctor test for that and what should I say lol I feel embarrassed especially since my next appointment is with a guy so it’s weird to me to be like um yeah my coochie smells like fish 🐟 😂. I’m due in two months so I need this taken care of I read it can cause complications with the baby. Has anyone had BV before? What did they give you to cure it or did it come back? Has anyone delivered a baby while they had BV, was the baby ok?
