Any tips on how to get over someone?

I know one thing everyone is going to say is focus on my kids which is already done so any other tips are appreciated.

I’ve been married for a year now but with my husband for a total of five years. He joined the Navy and my son and I changed our whole lives around to be with him. Just the other day he says “yeah I just don’t love you anymore you have to go” and I drove home from Chicago to Pittsburgh in the middle of the night. Not to mention we are expecting a baby girl on January 2022. Any tips are welcome! I’ve been trying to distract myself by taking my son out to do fun things like the pool and other stuff like that.. is there anything else that will help.. it just hurts so bad.. the fact he knew he didn’t love me anymore when he got out of bootCamp and still dragged our son and I all the way to Chicago AND got me pregnant again because he wanted to try for a girl..
