No period for the month of july

Guys can u plz help me understand what is goin on in my body. So i didnt actually had my period for the month of july i suppose to get it on the 21,22,23,24 n it didnt show up..Likely i had a light bleeding on the 18,19 n the flow was light n the colour was red didnt last long jus the 2 day. Which i never had i usually hv a regular cycle.I hv been hv these symptoms most out of all is back pain i dont get back at all.,Sore boobs,thirsty,food adversion,tired,lazy,heavy breast n it hv strech marks on them,frequent urination, sour burbs,pass alot of gas,farting,bloated, emotional,irritated,dont feel like hvin sex.i took 3 pregnancy last month all negative took a blood test negative, did a ultrasound doc didt see anything..Plus watery discharge n egg white plus creamy white.. I dont know what ls goin on in my body like its fooling me..Well this month i didnt hv my period yet..So im jus waitin.Plz guys if u know anything plz help me ..
