Best way to bring this up to my fiancé?

My fiancé is in a similar field to my aunt. He’s got an advanced degree though. My aunt has offered to send his resume along for a job since she works with all departments.

I brought it up twice around January(a month or so apart) and he said he was all set the last time I brought it up.

She asked me last weekend if he was applying to places and offered yet again. I know her company is really great to work for. So far he’s got local job offers, one across the country and an interview at a company that’s semi-local(another state like 4 hours away). The local jobs are not close to competing with the salary of the across the country job, but I can tell he’s unsure about us leaving friends and family.

I feel like I need to let him know the offer is still on the table to forward his resume, just simply because I know he wants to stay local and there’s a possibility they’ll pay similar to what the across the country job is paying. I just don’t know how to bring it up.
