No gestational sac

Hi ladies! I had an ultrasound friday 4w3d and today 4w6d and they are still unable to find a gestational sac anywhere. I have not had any bleeding & am waiting on my betas to come back, but thursday they were 435 & friday 595 which indicates doubling every 46 hrs. There is no way i am any earlier than 4w6d. Has anyone had this happened and everything was okay? If it wasnt okay, what happened? Thank you, im an emotional wreck after ttc for 4 years.

All is good at 6w6d, baby's hr is 122 🥰
