What kind of treatment for mild concussion in toddler?

I’m suspecting my 16 month old may have gotten a mild concussion from falling off a toddler bed onto a wood floor.

She’s been a little quiet & pale today. No vomiting or abnormal pupils or anything.

I’ve been trying to watch her closely since her fall to make sure she’s alright, I’d really rather not haul her off to the doctor right now (plus idk what they’d really do anyway)

Tips? Advice? What should I continue to watch for? How long might she be “off”?

Please help, Ive been feeling like the worst parent alive since this happened.
