Weight loss
Hey! So I’m very very early in pregnancy (12dpo and got a positive at 9) with my 3rd. I’m 33, overweight, and have hypothyroidism, ibs, and generalized anxiety and depression.
I desperately need to lose weight so I can feel better and give this new little developing one to best chances of being healthy.
Does anyone she resources for weight loss including meal prep, exercise, etc?
