TMI discharge and pain

I and pretty positive (via test) that I ovulated Friday the 4th. So i should be 5 dpo. But I have had heavy white discharge since yesterday and also on the day of ovulation It was very painful during sex but as soon as I had a orgasim the pain went away in my left ovary. I haven't felt the pain since during sex but if I sneeze it hurts bad and also sometimes at random times its a shooting pain. I do have a history of cyst but I've never had the pain stop after orgasim and then a heavy white discharge like this.
