Intense sudden pain in pelvic area?

Does anyone know what might be going on? I have been absolutely fine all day. About a half hour ago my husband and I were having sex and I had some discomfort which immediately turned into excruciating pain by my pubic bone, right in the middle. I feel a ton of pressure and cramping/stabbing pain. It was so sudden and won’t go away no matter what. It’s also very painful to pee. Help? No other symptoms. I’ve never had a history of any issues except a very painful ovarian cyst once, but it wasn’t like this.
