Im 11dpo n I'm a week late with AF. I'm not sure when to test. I tested at 7dpo n got a bfn( which I expected) what's the best dpo to test?

I'm confused of my days bc my last AF was august 23rd! I tried to log that AF is late n glow just keeps pushing my due date for AF back a few days. Yesterday it said I was due for AF yesterday, I tried to log I was late n it then said AF is due Sunday n it says I'm on cycle day 35...
