Off of formula?

Hi ladies, 
Anyone else completely off of formula? How much whole milk or “other” is your little one drinking? Is this ok at 14 months? She drinks milk at meal times and has a sippy cup of milk before bed. I was reading they should be drinking 16-24oz of “milk” at this age and there is no way my little one is getting that much. She maybe has 2-3oz four times a day. Anyone else? Is this ok? She isn’t bothered in the slightest 🤷‍♀️

My little one was off formula at like 10.5 months, not my intention, but when everybody was buying that particular formula and I couldn’t get it (I even had 4 tins in my cupboard in case this happened again, and I ran out of that when she hit 10.5 months) I switched her to cows milk and she’s fine, she now has about 32oz a day 2 bottles during the day because she has 2 naps, and 2 at night one when she goes to bed and when she wakes up again around 2am, I’m cutting the day ones next week, so that will be fun 😂😩

My gutsy boy is still having a formula before each nap and two during the night 😂😂
We tried to switch over to cows milk but he was so cranky that we gave up 😂
Thinking we will wean him off once he drops down to one nap

Milk isnt a necessity at all. As long as baby is getting a balanced diet, it’s not necessary. Lincoln has one cup of formula before bed still and only because he’s my fourth and I want him to be a baby forever lol . I’ll get him off it this month probably

My pediatrician said 8-24 oz is fine. My daughter eats a lot of food. She drinks 16 or so oz a day. She drinks water with all meals and always has water with her during the day. She drinks two 4oz bottles and an 8 oz before bed. We stopped formula/breast milk at 12m. 
I would think if your won’t drink milk do some research and find other foods/drinks to get the nutrients.

We tried to get her off but she can’t drink regular gallon milk she gets sick right now she’s just on toddler formula

We stopped formula the week of our first birthday. We don't do dairy milk in our house so we tried soy and almond milk but hated it. I try to supplement with yogurt instead and we like pediasure.

Mine has been off of formula since maybe 2 weeks before he was one?  He drinks a 9oz cop of ripple in the morning and gets the rest of his dairy servings through food.  Also gets as much water as he wants throughout the day.

My daughter has been off formula since her first birthday. She drinks water throughout the day and gets 6 oz of milk at breakfast, lunch and dinner which means she’s getting roughly 18oz a day, which our doctor said was great. She LOVES milk and gets upset when her cup is empty. If you’re worried about milk intake, you can always give extra dairy with meals such as cheese, yogurt, and cottage cheese.

Milk isn't necessarily required. As long as your baby is eating enough and getting enough fat and calcium elsewhere, they don't have to drink a lot of milk. Though my pediatrician has told me that he does see milk as a requirement for picky babies or babies that just don't eat a lot in general because they likely aren't getting enough fat and calcium in their diet. 
My first two kids, who were EBF, wouldn't accept any kind of milk when they could no longer breastfeed. But they ate enough food and had enough yogurt and cheeses that their pediatrician was fine with them not drinking milk. 
My 14 m/o is on rice milk because he wouldn't take cow's milk. He's been off formula for two months now. He takes anywhere from 8-16 oz of rice milk a day. He always drinks 8 oz at bedtime. I also offer 8 oz at breakfast, which he sometimes finishes and sometimes just drinks a little of. He is eating tons of food and has yogurt 2-3 times a day. His pediatrician isn't worried about him not taking cow's milk and isn't worried that his rice milk consumption is less than 16 oz a day.
