Cramping/bloating week after IUI?

So I'm 7dp first IUI and for the past two days, I've had this cramping/bloated feeling. Like my lower abdomen just feels really full. No bleeding so I'm hoping this is a good sign. Or wondering if its from the Clomid or Pregnyl shot. Anyone else experienced this in their TWW?

Yes I did and did not end up pregnant. It’s a side effect of the fertility meds. I took Clomid, Ovidrel, and Progesterone. Good luck!! 🍀
