I need ur advice

Been having cramps,bloating,nausea without vomiting, feel something in my throat, headaches, chills, dizzy n very tired.....I’m in my 6dpo no spotting.....feel I av something in my lower abdomen n it moves around my tummy, breast is bigger but slightly tender....but nw I feel something on my left lower abdomen.........

Glow nurture tells me I’m 2weeks n 6days ....my last menstruation started on d 31th of July.....I av 25days cycle.....had a PT test few days ago n it came out negative.....I’m so confused nw .....I’m I pregnant or wat pls
