I have lean PCOS, 11 DPO and possible implantation?

Hello! I was recently diagnosed with lean PCOS. I missed a period for 5 months after going off BC and finally got my period back this month as well as what seemed (based on test strips) a strong ovulation early in my cycle.

I have had two negative tests (7DPO and 11DPO) but yesterday, I felt very dizzy and hot and just felt weird and then today, I had mild cramping and some light spotting. Could this be implantation bleeding and really early preg symptoms? Anyone experience this? Period is due in a few days so I guess I will know either way but I am impatient lol.
