Question about post ovulation CM

Hey all, so since 6dpo (currently 9dpo) I have had light to medium watery cm. Ovulation confirmed on CD 16. I am normally used to light amounts of sticky CM until about 48 before AF when it dries up. Any thoughts on why it might be watery and heavier than normal at this point in my cycle? I know CM cannot determine pregnancy, I do plan to test tomorrow with FMU as I will be 10DPO. Just hoping for some insight here since I’ve always had very consistent CM through the cycle. A little confused why this month it’s different.
