My 13mo keeps having these bursts of tears in the middle of the night. Scares me so bad because they don’t work up to it, just instant screaming out of a dead sleep. Does it for like 1-2 mins then goes right back to sleep like just as fast. Its 1:30 am & it just happened again. It’s been happening more & more frequently over the last 3 weeks or so.

Is it nightmares or something?

Edit: My 4 year old has night terrors. They were very frequent as soon as he turned 3 but they’re more rare now. I didn’t know they could start so early 😩. I hate when they’re upset & there’s nothing to help & you don’t know what’s wrong
