I was in my back yard cutting down a bush and then I had this like a hour later , I have another one same way on my elbow that is swollen , what should I do ? !?

I would get that checked out, it looks like the target rash from a tick that carries Lyme's disease.

Looks like a tick bite and get it checked ASAP. Not just for Lyme but also some cause an allergic reaction to red meat for about 6 months after the initial bite. I'm one of the lucky few that didn't clear it and I'm now permanently allergic to ALL animal products. I can't even handle cooked meats without breaking out in hives and swelling up like a balloon. Get it checked right away and maybe call the entomology department of your local university and see what kind of ticks and biting bugs are common in your area, it'll help your doctor narrow down the possible bite source.
