Pcos and provera

Advice please!!! I have taken three rounds of provera to start my periods. We are ttc and have also been taking femara. However this round of provera I did not get my withdraw bleed (period). My dr done a urine test and said it’s negative and wants me to take estrogen for a week then the provera for a week and femara day 3-7 of my cycle. TMI but my Breast have hurt so bad to the point of tears, my emotions are everywhere, and heartburn. I know that’s similar to period symptoms but Im scared the urine test is wrong. I couldn’t get a positive with my daughter until I was 15 weeks. I have pcos so I know that can effect how my hcg levels raise. I took a pregnancy test about a week ago and fell asleep before I got to read and woke up to a faint line I assumed it was a evap line. I took a test the next morning and it was negative. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice on if I should take the meds or not? Thanks in advance! Pic of the test I assumed was evap for reference.
