Possible PCOS

I need opinions?! So I went for blood work to check my hormones to see why my periods have been slightly irregular lately ( my cycles usually range between 29-34 days but I had a period that was 10 days late and right now so far I’m on cd 63 😔).

All of my hormones came back normal

My Testosterone total- normal

My DHAE-S - normal

My FHS - normal

Butttt my Testosterone free was slightly elevated. So now I’m freaking out

I go for a ultrasound next week to check for cyst ?

Any way I could possibly just have a little hormonal imbalance or maybe PCOS ???
