Son talking in his sleep

I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while on my son. Recap, my son(19) was medically discharged from the military for PTSD, panic attacks, and bedwetting. He's had a hard transition home decent daughter who's 16 wanted to be a bully about it and my found him to be a disappointment. After they through him into a panic attack me and my son moved in with family. An aunt. Her only condition was he wear diapers which he wasn't happy about. So we sleep in the same room, different bed. He talks in him sleep. I will hear him say the name john a lot. I'm guessing john is the boy in a picture from a box my daughter found when she was snooping through my sons stuff. There was a picture of him being kissed on the cheek my another soldier (guy) and love letters(didn't read them). When I asked about the boy he said he didn't matter because he was dead now. Last night my son was talking in his sleep begging for someone to stop. He kept saying "Please stop! Plz stop! No stop! Please!" I woke him up and he gripped onto me digging his nails into me yelling no stop plz it hurts. It took a minute to get him out of it. His diaper didn't hold well and leaked everywhere. I have a mark on my arm from his nails... He hasn't said a word about it all morning.. Should I just bring it up?.. He at the very least needs to speak to his therapist about this
