Pictures inside of itchy bumps

Could anybody tell me what this is and whats probably causing it, these bumps come and go and they appear when I start itching, all of a sudden they disappear but then they appear again in a different spots, my arms, thighs, legs, back, stomach, I booked an appointment at the dermatologist but its not till next week Tuesday, Am posting here because maybe someone has an answer or maybe some sort of treatment or tell me what this is, I know that its not bedbugs, I’ve searched my bed and couches, am certain its not bedbugs because I also get these bumps at work.
