32 weeks and a tiny blood spot

I had a scan 2 weeks back all was good.. today i just wiped almost three times and last time i saw this tiny spot on the paper.. baby is active ..should i be running to er or just monitor if it progresses… i have appointment with ob tomorrow also a growth scan so i will know if its anything to worry also raise this to her tomorrow.
