Massage Gun During Labor
I'm thinking ahead for when I'm in labor and I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's okay to use a message gun on your lower back during labor. I've read that you shouldn't during pregnancy, but maybe it'd be okay during labor. I have a very arched lower back, so I have a feeling that I will feel a lot of back labor. Thank you!
