How do you get over your s/o sexual history?

I’ll be living life happily and then out of no where I’ll think how my husband has been with others before me. 
I think about how intimate we are, and it hurts my stomach to think that he was ever that way with someone else. I start to imagine it in my head and it makes me literally sick. 
I can’t even get over it; and sometimes It takes a toll on me :( 
He’s never had sex with someone else but he has done everything else. And sometimes in my opinion, the other stuff means more lol and can be more intimate. 
I think this all affects me cause I’ve never done ANYTHING sexual with anyone else but my husband. 
How do you all accept the past and truly be happy in your relationship ?

i don’t care that my boyfriend has slept with other people before me, as long as it’s not while he’s with me. 
you have to come to terms with the fact that he’s a full human being that has had experiences before you.

Stop those thoughts dead in their tracks. The moment it comes into your mind, recognize what it is and push it out. If I sat and thought about it it would bother me too (definitely not as much as it bothers you)… but just stop letting your mind go there.

You got to focus on your husband commited himself mentally emotionally physically spiritually and financially to you. Thats special. Thoughts are like weeds in a garden… got to pluck them or they will ruin a good thing. You guys are deaf til us part… thats special than any sexul act of the past

Gotta kill those Insecurities! Everyone has a past and you don't want to end up ruining your relationship. He's with you now and if he's faithful then don't worry, when my husband and I first got together we aired all our dirty laundry before getting serious.  He knows my sexual past and I know his.. 8 years later we make jokes.
