Could my cm be the problem ?

I always have white cm all month long it never changes even during my fertile week could this be the reason I haven’t been getting pregnant? I’ve been trying for a year and a half 😕

My cm has always been a little off but still normal, and I don’t think I had a lot of fertile cm. I used pre seed lube before and during my fertile days. It was a game changer for me along with tracking my cycle.
