sorry for my hairy legs! but i recently had a weird ache in my knee and thought it would go away and then this appeared! the epicenter is super tender and hurts to bend and use my knee.. ☹️ would anybody know what this could be?

Might be good to go see a doctor. Looks very “angry” which could mean infected. 
That said, I used to get huge, angry ingrown hairs or just very deep, painful blemishes on my legs periodically in my 20’s. Looked similar. 
If in doubt, or feeling concerned: doctor. Better safe than sorry.

Looks like a spider or insect bite. My husband had something that looked like that and it just wouldn't heal. We ended up taking him to the hospital and he got antibiotics to clear it up.

Spider bites will always have 2 puncture holes in the center. That does look like some kind of bite tho. Have you tried popping it?

I had something like this on my hip years ago, I popped it and it went away. But I don’t really recommend doing that, maybe go to your doctor to get it checked out.
