I was on birth control for about 8 months and it made me very angry and I would have these crazy outbursts of rage over nothing. So I decided to stop and give my hormones a break for a while.

I stopped about 2 weeks ago and just finished my first “period” after stopping.

The past couple days I’ve been super weepy and emotional. Just sad for no reason.

Is this normal after stopping the pill? Does it take a while for your hormones to go back to normal?
