Is this legal?

my coworkers and I have noticed our checks are short for the amount of hours and overtime we’ve been putting in. Looked at our accounts, for the full timers they changed us from 80 hours every2 weeks to 90 hours every 2 weeks! So none of us have been getting over time pay. Is this legal to add 10+ hours onto our overall time to avoid over time pay?

Not in the US. If your hourly/non-exempt there are VERY specific rules about what constitutes overtime. Anything over 40 hours in a week is pretty standard across the US. Additionally in some places, like California, anything over 8 hours in a single day is also considered overtime. I’d start with a call to HR and say something like “Hey, I noticed the company has been making a mistake with our checks and jot properly paying us for overtime. It seems be be happening it several people. I know the company wouldn’t want this mistake to continue, as that could get really expensive if not handled promptly. Could you please let me know how long until we all get corrected checks?” Play it off like OF COURSE they’re not deliberately trying to stuff you (even though they likely are) and OBVIOUSLY this is just some big mistake that they will immediately correct. If they don’t, the next stop is the US Department of Labor’s wage and hour division and/or your state labor and employment division. They’ll investigate and likely force the company to pay you any back overtime and likely impose some pretty hefty fines.

Nope! Keep explicit track of your schedules and the times you do click in and out. Write them down or screenshot somehow (idk what you do for work) 
Go to management/corporate/HR if it stays same contact a lawyer.

Nope! Get your papers and information in line then call your labor board. They opened up an investigation and helped me when i was being underpaid.

Check your contract! If it explicitly states you're fired for 80 hours every 2 weeks they can't change it without you consenting
