Is this legal?
my coworkers and I have noticed our checks are short for the amount of hours and overtime we’ve been putting in. Looked at our accounts, for the full timers they changed us from 80 hours every2 weeks to 90 hours every 2 weeks! So none of us have been getting over time pay. Is this legal to add 10+ hours onto our overall time to avoid over time pay?
