Potty training questions

I never thought I’d be considering to start potty training so early but I have no other solutions to this inconvenience.

My son is a one year old. To be exact he’s 17 months old. He recently started taking off his diaper or his private and pees on the floor or what ever he is at the moment. He doesn’t talk but he babbles and shows sign of understanding. He sits In his chair when he knows it’s time to eat and puts himself to sleep. So I want to believe that we can at least start the potty training journey.

Any tips on how to start?
