What do you do when you just don’t want to be a mum

Caitlin

I’m sitting here crying in front on my half changed baby and I just don’t want to be a mum at all.

She’s 10 months old and usually a happy baby. But she’s been waking during the night. And then waking me.

I have to go back to work in a couple of weeks too and I’m so stressed out.

And I just don’t want to be a mum. I don’t want my baby. It’s too hard. It’s too hard. It’s too hard on it’s own and it’ll be impossible with work too.

Sometimes I think about death as an escape from being so stressed and miserable all the time.

Just what do you do on the days where you don’t love your baby? What do you do on the days where you don’t want to be a mum?
