Finally an answer.
Had my follow up thyroid appt this am. I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease. I had antibodies through the roof. My TSH didn't budge much on 25mcg so she upped it to 50mcg and I get more labs the end of Nov.
She said that levels like this are most likely for sure the reason my cycles have been so long forever. She said that I was likely not ovulating with any kind of regularity, if at all.
Hopefully this will get levels where they need to be and I can be my own good luck. :-)
