Could I end up pregnant?

Okay so my husband and I aren’t trying atm and it’s been a good year and some months since I was pregnant lol… my husband and I had unprotected sex and I took a plan b. We then had unprotected sex the next night after taking said plan b… it’s been 7 days since that happened and I’m slightly cramping, having lower back aches, moody, extremely tired, and diarrhea. I know it takes more time and 7 days to implant. I started bleeding this morning like light spotting. I’m about 98% sure this is the plan b making me bleeding to prevent ovulation or whatever but is there a possibility I could end up pregnant!?!?! I just feel like the timing is right for me to get pregnant from this but at the same time I feel like I couldn’t be pregnant or get pregnant from this because I’m already bleeding and I wouldn’t be if I was pregnant… What do y’all think? (Also I’m so sorry if I posted this in the wrong group I’m not really sure what to call this…)
