Did anybody took another prenatal pill because they can’t remember if they took it already or not?

This morning. I just have so many things in my head. I usually take my prenatal morning and night. But I can’t remember if I took this morning already. So I took another one. After I ate just to make sure I took it. I was told, that the excess vitamins will be release by our body so no worries. Any thoughts?

Doubling up will just be a waste, your body will pee out the entire contents. If you did forget it will literally affect nothing 😊 prenatals are for you not the baby, baby takes what it needs no matter what. Prenatals help you not to feel so run down after weeks and months of this so a missed dose  is nbd

Not just for prenatal but variety of vitamins and can use for multiple members of family.  I also find the fact that it's liquid it's easier to take.

It’s not going to hurt anything to take an extra vitamin. I have a pill organizer to help keep me on track. It makes me feel like an old lady “taking my meds” lol but I have so many vitamins I take daily (prenatal, probiotic, Myo-inositol, baby aspirin) that the organizer really does help.
