Parenting as an introvert

Hi all. How do you guys who are introverts manage with parenthood? If I spend an hour or so with people, I always need to have a few minutes to only myself to recharge or I get agitated if I am not able to. I have two toddlers who obviously always want to be with me(as they should), they jump around, play around- again normal behaviour and I am sooooo grateful for them… but sometimes I just want some space. I can’t go to the room to recharge without them following me. I am also a stay at home mum.
