Preseed does help u get pregnant by giving u a sperm friendly cm  for the little fishies to swim in. Those  of us who have PCOS have a thick cervical mucus so preseed thins it and makes it more motile  for sperm.

I used preseed as I never had CM that was like egg white used it once and got bfp was ttc 6 months prior to using it

Ive used it for 2 months. I love it but no bfp.

Preseed isn't to help yoy get pregnant. It is just sperm safe lube. Most other types of lube kill sperm.
