Start potty training at 19 months?

My daughter is 19 months and for the past week she's been in the bathroom with me every time I go, sitting on her potty saying potty.

I want to start the learning process of potty training but I'm honestly not sure how to go about doing it.

Does anyone have any good tips that helped with training their little one?

I'd really really like her to be potty trained before the new baby comes at the end of May. I understand that may not happen but I'd like to at least try.
