Dry CM and a BFP?

I’m due my period in 5 days and had lots of CM which has now disappeared and I’m only having dry CM/nothing much at all.. I’m having cramping/twinges in the left side of my uterus and my right boob is leaking (I’m breastfeeding my 12.5 month old still but she hasn’t fed off my right side since she was a newborn) aside from that I don’t really have any symptoms, but I’ve bought a pregnancy test and am just waiting until I’m closer to AF to test… Had anyone had these symptoms and got a BFP? Particularly dry Cm? I’ve always been told you have lots of Cm while in early pregnancy, and I can’t remember these specifications from my last pregnancy. We had sex 3 times during our ovulation window where he finished in me each time.
