10 dpo, let me know your symptoms up to you BFP!

I am 10 dpo, I have had cramp the past few days and last night at 9 dpo I got a sharp stabbing feeling it was super quick and then sharp pains like shooting down into my Vagina (TMI SORRY), lasted on and off maybe an hour, give it take. I never usually get PMS symptoms until the day AF comes, my uterus feels full, I have had weird hot flashes and I’m not sure I’ve ever felt that before my period. I did get my IUD taken out In May, so I’ve only had about 3 months of periods again to compare too. I think I may be symptom spotting so I want to know what you all experienced symptom wise leading up to your BFP and also BFN, if you had similar symptoms and it went either way, thanks so much! ♥️
